Thomas Jefferson Elementary Celebrates America's 250th Birthday

Thomas Jefferson Elementary celebrated America's 250th birthday on June 25 with a schoolwide event that brought students and staff together to honor the historic milestone.

Students participated in festive activities, sang "Happy Birthday" to America and enjoyed birthday cake with their classmates. The celebration was more than just cake and song. It was a meaningful moment for our students to reflect on what this milestone means.

Our TJTV team even created a special video to highlight the significance of the 250th birthday celebration. This video will serve as a wonderful keepsake of how our school community came together to recognize this historic occasion.

From the assembly floor to every classroom, students developed a deeper appreciation for our nation's history and the importance of unity and pride. It was a day truly worthy of celebration!
