Board of Education Meeting Information for October 20, 2026
On Oct. 14, MLK Elementary welcomed community leaders for Community Readers Day. Guests visited classrooms to read with students and share how reading has helped shape their careers.
The visits connected literacy to real-world experiences and gave students a chance to learn from community role models.
Thank you to our guests for sharing their time and stories with our students. Reading opens doors to endless possibilities!
